Polls HR is a crowdsourcing app that provides a means for PwC, our clients, and other interested organizations to obtain instant insights on key topics and trends from each other via an online community.

Polls HR is dedicated to all topics human capital related. Polling questions will be suggested from and answered by the online community. The application will help HR professionals gain timely data and key insights on many of todays most pressing human capital questions related to talent management, HR tech, HR service delivery models, and more. Users will be able to:

- Answer polling questions and see how they compare to peers
- Save and share results
- Revisit previous questions to see how results have changed over time
